At Radhe Radhe Jewellers, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure that every jewellery piece is thoroughly checked for quality and finishing before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or has a size-related issue, we are happy to assist you as per the policy below.
We offer exchange only in cases of damaged products or size issues. Any such concern must be reported within 3 days of delivery by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp at 7903442550, along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Requests received after 3 days will not be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, the jewellery must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and price tags intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage due to mishandling, or tampering will not be eligible for exchange.
Refunds are applicable only in case of approved order cancellation made within 12 hours of order confirmation, before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, no cancellation or refund will be possible. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that customized or special-order jewellery is non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under any circumstances. Additionally, minor variations in colour, design, or finish due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution are natural and do not qualify as defects.
Radhe Radhe Jewellers reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any exchange or refund. We also reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.
