At Radhe Radhe Jewellers, we aim to deliver your jewellery safely, securely, and on time. All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after successful order confirmation and prepaid payment. Once the order is processed and dispatched, customers will receive shipping and tracking details through WhatsApp or other communication channels.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and the courier partner. Generally, orders within India are delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation. We ensure that all jewellery is packed carefully and securely to avoid damage during transit. However, Radhe Radhe Jewellers is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier partners once the order has been handed over for delivery.
Customers are requested to ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at the time of order placement are accurate and complete. Radhe Radhe Jewellers will not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
