Welcome to Radhe Radhe Jewellers. By accessing our website, social media pages, or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Radhe Radhe Jewellers is a trusted imitation jewellery brand offering luxury-inspired designs with an original look, reliable quality, and honest pricing. All products sold by us are imitation jewellery and not real gold, silver, or diamond unless clearly mentioned.

All orders are accepted only after successful confirmation and prepaid online payment through UPI or other approved payment methods. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified. Order cancellation requests are accepted only within 12 hours of order confirmation. After dispatch, cancellation will not be possible. Customized or special-order jewellery is strictly non-cancellable.

We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and pricing. However, slight variations in colour, design, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handmade detailing. Such minor variations are natural and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service, usually between 3–7 working days within India. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Once dispatched, Radhe Radhe Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

We accept exchanges only in cases of damaged products or size issues, reported within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for exchange, the jewellery must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and price tags intact. No exchanges or returns are allowed for reasons such as change of mind, liking, or styling preference.

All intellectual property, including brand name, logo, product images, content, and designs, belongs to Radhe Radhe Jewellers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Radhe Radhe Jewellers reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
